No, this is a coaching-based, non-medical approach that does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions.
Who is it for?
For people experiencing trauma, chronic anxiety, overwhelm, shutdown, or nervous system dysregulation.
Do I need to talk about my trauma?
No, you are never required to share details. Work can happen without retelling your story.
What if nothing has worked so far?
Many people arrive after years of insight-based work that still left them feeling stuck. This work focuses directly on the nervous system.
Are sessions remote?
Yes, sessions are held via Zoom.
What happens in a session?
Sessions are tailored to your needs and paced according to your nervous system in real time.
What kinds of techniques are used?
EFT/tapping, somatic parts work, Safe and Sound Protocol, HeartMath®, breathwork, Matrix Reimprinting, and hypnosis-informed approaches.
Why 90-minute sessions?
Extended sessions allow space for regulation, processing, and integration without rushing. Shorter sessions available upon request.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes, you can reschedule or cancel with 24 hours' notice.
Do you offer financing?
Yes, financing is available through Advance Care, including 0% interest options for up to 14 months.
What if I'm not ready for this?
You don't need to feel ready. We work from where you are, at your nervous system's pace.
How do I know if this is right?
Clarity often comes through experience. Curiosity is enough to begin.
What if nothing changes?
It's natural to worry about that. This work supports nervous system regulation over time, which is the foundation for meaningful change.
