This Privacy Policy explains how Little Wave Coaching, LLC (“Little Wave Coaching,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and discloses personal information when you visit littlewavecoaching.com (the “Site”), contact us, book or purchase Services, or participate in Services.

Information We Collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
Contact information, such as your name, email address, telephone number, and information included in an inquiry
Booking and account information, including appointments, purchases, subscriptions, attendance, and scheduling communications
Payment information, including transaction amounts, payment status, and limited payment details provided by our payment processors
Service information, such as intake responses, coaching goals, communications, emergency-contact information, session notes, and recordings when separately agreed
Information concerning a minor Client, provided by the Client’s parent or legal guardian or, with appropriate authorization, by the minor

Other information you voluntarily provide
Payment-card information is processed primarily by third-party payment providers. Little Wave Coaching generally does not receive or store complete payment-card numbers.

Send appointment, payment, subscription, and service communications

Little Wave Coaching does not sell or rent personal information.

Accountants, attorneys, insurers, or other professional advisers

Emergency contacts, emergency services, or others when reasonably necessary to address a serious safety concern

Another person or organization when you have provided authorization
Service providers receive only the information reasonably needed to perform their functions and process information according to their own terms, privacy policies, and agreements with Little Wave Coaching.

Minor Clients
Services for a person under 18 must be arranged and purchased by the minor’s parent or legal guardian, or another adult legally authorized to consent on the minor’s behalf.
That adult must complete the booking and consent process and provide the information reasonably necessary to evaluate suitability, provide Services, communicate about participation, support safety, and maintain appropriate records.
A minor should not independently purchase or book Services, create a scheduling account, or submit intake information through the Site before appropriate parent or legal-guardian authorization has been obtained. Once that process is complete, the minor Client may communicate with the Coach and provide information relevant to Services within the agreed participation and privacy boundaries.
Third-Party Websites and Platforms
The Site and Services may contain links to or use third-party websites and platforms. Their collection and use of information are governed by their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review those policies before providing information through a third-party service.
International Processing
Little Wave Coaching is based in the United States. Personal information may be processed or stored in the United States or other countries in which our service providers operate. Privacy protections may differ between jurisdictions.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date. When appropriate, material changes may also be communicated by email or through a prominent Site notice.
