Terms of Use

Last updated: September 13, 2026

This website is owned and operated by Little Wave Coaching, LLC (“Little Wave Coaching,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of littlewavecoaching.com (the “Site”).

“You” means any Site visitor or adult accepting these Terms. “Client” means the person receiving paid Services, who may be an adult or a minor.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Client Services and Related Policies

When paid Services are purchased or booked, the purchase and participation are also governed by the Client Informed Consent and the service-specific information displayed during checkout.

The Client Informed Consent explains the nature and limitations of Services, methods that may be offered, possible risks, suitability, privacy and technology considerations, fees, scheduling, cancellations, subscriptions, refunds, and the rights and responsibilities of the Client and purchaser.

Together, these Terms, the Client Informed Consent, and the service-specific checkout information govern the purchase and use of paid Services.

Our collection and use of personal information are described in the Privacy Policy.

Eligibility and Services for Minors

The person purchasing or booking Services must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into an agreement.

When Services are purchased for a minor, the purchaser must be the minor’s parent or legal guardian, or another adult legally authorized to consent on the minor’s behalf. That adult must complete the booking and consent process, accept these Terms and the Client Informed Consent, and assume financial responsibility for the Services.

The minor is the Client receiving the Services. A minor Client must also provide age-appropriate assent to participate and may ask questions, decline an exercise, pause, or stop at any time.

Before Services begin, the Coach, parent or legal guardian, and minor Client may discuss appropriate parental involvement, privacy boundaries, emergency contact information, and other expectations relevant to the minor’s participation.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Site and materials provided through Little Wave Coaching—including text, graphics, videos, audio recordings, exercises, worksheets, program materials, trademarks, and Somatic Stacking™ content—are owned by Little Wave Coaching or used with permission.

You receive a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to use purchased or provided materials for personal purposes. You may not copy, publish, distribute, sell, sublicense, teach from, modify, or share those materials without prior written permission.

Third-party content and materials remain the property of their respective owners and may be subject to separate terms.

Third-Party Services and Links

The Site and Services may use or link to third-party scheduling, payment, video-conferencing, communication, application, or content platforms. Those third parties have their own terms, privacy practices, and security policies.

Little Wave Coaching does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability, security, or practices of independent third-party websites or platforms. A link to another website does not necessarily constitute an endorsement.

Site Information and Availability

Website content and educational materials provide general information. Although we make reasonable efforts to provide useful and accurate information, Site content may not always be complete, current, error-free, or appropriate for individual circumstances.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the Site at any time. We do not guarantee that the Site will always be available, secure, or free from errors or interruptions.

The nature and limitations of coaching Services and educational methods are explained more fully in the Client Informed Consent.

Limitation of Liability for Site Use

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Little Wave Coaching, LLC and Sophie Gourdon will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of—or inability to use—the Site, its general content, or third-party links.

Responsibility and liability relating specifically to paid Services are addressed in the Client Informed Consent and the service-specific terms accepted during checkout.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits any nonwaivable rights available under applicable consumer law.

Governing Law and Disputes

Before beginning formal legal proceedings, you and Little Wave Coaching agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the concern informally by contacting one another.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you reside, legal proceedings relating to these Terms will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Westchester County, New York.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce it later.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Changes apply prospectively and do not retroactively change the material terms of a purchase already made without any notice or consent required by applicable law.
