During our 45-minute FREE Discovery Call, we get to know each other to see if we’re a good fit to build a strong coaching relationship together. I answer your questions and address your concerns. This informal chat is how we meet!

Step 2: Work With Me
Book the coaching container of your choice in my Offerings. If you’re on a budget, my practice is an AdvanceCare provider and participates in interest-free 100% financing for up to 14 months.

Step 3: Your Needs
We take a closer look at how trauma has impacted you, your self-beliefs, and your coping patterns, to give us a place to grow from and build from your existing strengths. We also go over your questions and concerns, as well as your goals and dreams.

Step 4: Healing Plan
How would you want your life to be today? What future would you love to envision for yourself, if you knew it would work out as planned? With support, you self-identify recovery goals that don’t overwhelm your system with too much, too fast, too soon.

Step 5: Somatic Tools
One small, actionable step at a time, together, we work towards your goals, as you gain new skills & insights, and as we celebrate each milestone along the way. When things don’t work out, we find new ways: You’re not alone through the tough stuff anymore.

Step 6: Recovery
I help you reach your goals by helping you build your own Trauma Recovery Toolbox & Skills (e.g. somatic parts work, inner child work, EFT/tapping, Matrix Reimprinting, etc.), with personalized resources to rewire your brain for post-traumatic growth.
