A structured opening where we build trust, notice what's present in your body and mind, and set an intention for the session. Safety before depth — always.

HeartMath® coherence

A science-backed technique that synchronizes your heart and brain rhythms. When your Heart Rate Variability (HRV) enters "coherence," your nervous system shifts from stress mode into a calm, receptive state — making deeper healing possible.

Breathwork

Targeted breathing patterns that regulate your autonomic nervous system directly — not generic mindfulness, but specific techniques calibrated to what your body needs in this moment.

Release

Safe & Sound Protocol

Developed by Dr. Stephen Porges (creator of Polyvagal Theory), this filtered music listening program rewires the nervous system to detect safety instead of threat. Many clients feel calmer and more connected after just a few sessions — without having to talk about their trauma at all.

Clinical EFT® tapping

You tap on acupressure points on your face and body while focusing on a feeling or memory — interrupting the stress response in real time. Like a reset button on a stuck emotional pattern. Research shows it measurably lowers cortisol.

Somatic parts work

Rooted in Internal Family Systems (IFS), this helps you connect with the younger parts of yourself still carrying old burdens. Instead of fighting these parts, you learn to listen — and that's often when they finally let go.

Matrix reimprinting

An advanced extension of EFT that lets you step into a past memory and compassionately support the younger version of yourself who lived it. Rather than reliving trauma, you update the memory at the level where it was first stored.

Pain reprocessing therapy

Many chronic pain conditions are maintained by the brain long after the original injury heals. By retraining how your nervous system interprets sensation, this has helped people reduce or resolve pain that no physical treatment could touch.

Hypnosis

A naturally relaxed, focused state — like being absorbed in a film — where your subconscious becomes receptive to new beliefs. We use it to replace deeply held patterns ("I'm not safe," "I'm unlovable") with ones that actually serve you.

Integrate
